The wall is cold at this location and you have to much humdity it the room. Decrease the homes humidity, and increase the rooms temperature. NO MORE MOLD
Were you posting this video for educational purposes? Because it doesn’t look like your asking for help on how to remove it, as you have so much information in the summary. I was wondering if you know why sunlight kills mold, as I am doing a school project, and no where else has this info.
Cleaning mold is great, but solving the problem is more important. The video basically tells you that you cannot install interior vapor barriers in cold climate areas. They only work in severe cold climate. Fungi like dark, wet and areas full of nutrients. The suns rays are not part of that formula. If you search the internet you will find your answer in scientific terms. Only aloud 500 words on this. Sorry.

Actually, I THINK molds prosper in warm temperature.
